At DOMNO. we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days

  • Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend

Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking becomes active once the parcel has been collected and scanned by the courier.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Customs & Duties:
All taxes and duties are included in the price. The price you see is the price you pay - nothing to pay on delivery, no surprise fees, no parcel held at the door. From orders after July 1st.

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. 

  • We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we recommend shipping to a secure address.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, it will be returned to DOMNO. and any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
