Refund policy
Start a Return
All returns must be submitted through our returns portal. This allows us to track your request and process refunds or exchanges correctly.
Please do not email to request a return. Returns submitted by email will be redirected to the portal.

Return Timeframes
Returns must be sent within 30 days of the fulfilment date.
Return Conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer prepaid labels or cover return postage.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. A Certificate of Postage is not a tracking service.
- Items are the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with swing tags attached (for clothing items).
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving the return.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
- Please allow up to five working days for funds to return to your original payment account.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free – Refund Policy
If you return two items from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion but keep the third (free) item, the free item will be charged at full price and deducted from your refund.
Example:
- Two items cost €30 each
- The third item (free) is valued at €30
- Return all three → refund €60
- Return two and keep one → refund €30
- Return one → treated as the free item → no refund
7 Piece Bundle – Refund Policy
Example:
- Return 3 items → €47 refund
- Return all 7 items → €110 refund
