1. The Promoter

The promoter is DOMNO. ("DOMNO.", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Luxembourg who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees of DOMNO., their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

2.3 We may require proof of age, identity and residence before awarding a prize.

2.4 Entrants resident in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before any prize is awarded.

3. Entry period

3.1 A separate draw takes place each calendar month.

3.2 Each monthly entry period opens at 00:00 on the first day of the month and closes at 23:59 on the last day of that month (UK time).

3.3 Entries received after the closing time roll over into the following month's draw.

4. How to enter

4.1 Standard entry: subscribe to DOMNO. SMS messages via the sign-up form on domno.com and confirm your consent. You will be entered into every monthly draw for as long as you remain subscribed.

4.2 Free alternative entry (no marketing consent required): you may enter without subscribing to SMS by emailing hi@domno.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and your full name and country of residence. Alternative entries must be received within the relevant entry period and count as one entry for that month's draw only.

4.3 No purchase is necessary. Purchasing from DOMNO. does not increase your chance of winning, and marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

4.4 One entry per person per monthly draw. Bulk, automated or third-party entries are void.

5. The prize

5.1 One (1) winner per monthly draw.

5.2 The prize is one piece of jewellery of the winner's choosing from the DOMNO. jewellery collection with a recommended retail price of £45 or less, subject to availability. Bundles and multi-piece sets, including the 7-Piece Jewellery Bundle, are excluded.

5.3 The prize includes standard delivery to the winner's address within an eligible country. Any import duties, customs charges or taxes are the winner's responsibility.

5.4 There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

5.5 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen item becomes unavailable.

6. How the winner is chosen

6.1 The list of eligible entries is compiled within 3 working days of the close of each entry period. Only entrants who subscribed on or before the closing time are eligible, regardless of when the list is compiled.

6.2 One winner is selected at random from that list using a randomised selection tool, within 7 working days of the entry period closing.

6.3 The draw is conducted fairly and a record of each draw is retained.

6.4 Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notifying the winner

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details they provided, within 10 working days of the draw.

7.2 The winner must respond and confirm their chosen piece within 14 days of first being contacted.

7.3 If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7.4 The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their choice and delivery address.

8. Winner details

8.1 The surname and county of each winner will be made available for 6 weeks after the draw on request by emailing hi@domno.com.

8.2 Entrants may object to their surname and county being published or made available, in which case they should notify us at the address above. We may then need to provide these details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

9. Data protection

9.1 Personal data supplied when entering is processed by DOMNO. in accordance with our Privacy Policy: www.domno.com/policies/privacy-policy, and used only to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.

9.2 Consent to receive marketing messages is entirely separate from entry to this giveaway and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message, without affecting an existing entry.

10. General

10.1 By entering, you accept these terms.

10.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to suspend or cancel the giveaway, where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.

10.3 We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms or acted fraudulently.

10.4 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10.5 We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control.

10.6 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any mobile network operator or social media platform.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
