WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DROPS?
Each monthly drop of 1 or 2 pieces will be shipped on the same day as your first order to the address you entered on the payment details. You will always get a confirmation email with a unique tracking number when your new drop ships.
WHAT PIECES WILL I GET?
You’ll receive 1 or 2 curated pieces each month. Rings, pendants, chains or bracelets are selected based on your style preferences. Your first delivery also includes a premium jewellery box designed to hold and build your collection month after month.
Every piece is chosen to work with what you already own, so your rotation builds naturally over time.
CAN I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled anytime before your next billing date. Fixed-term plans require completion of the initial commitment period.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY RING SIZE?
Just message us on WhatsApp after purchase and we’ll update it for you before your next drop goes out.
HOW DO FIXED PLANS WORK?
If you choose a 3- or 9-month plan, you’ll be charged monthly for the length of that term. Once the fixed period ends, your subscription will continue at the same monthly price unless you cancel before your next billing date.
After your fixed term ends, your subscription automatically continues on the monthly plan at the same monthly price.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PIECES?
If something isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it with you personally. The goal is to build a collection you actually wear.
